Young Entrepreneurs Success (YES) is a mentoring program designed to support innovation in business, particularly within the creative industries.  It is designed for emerging entrepreneurs, small business owners and managers wanting to maximise business potential and improve their entrepreneurial skills.

Designed by professionals who understand the dynamics of creative industries YES supports entrepreneurs in the young stages of business through group and individual mentoring.

With five sessions of practical group mentoring participants will leave with a comprehensive understanding of the role of the entrepreneur as well as practical tools and strategies to apply to their own business.

The five sessions cover

Session 1: Entrepreneurial Advantage

Session 2: Strategic Marketing

Session 3: Growing Your Business:  Attracting Investors

Session 4: Tactical Marketing:  Increasing Sales

Session 5: Legalese for Entrepreneurs

Five entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to receive a business mentor for their individual business. Participation in the group mentoring sessions will form the basis of selection for individual mentoring.

The YES program is professionally facilitated by Wilson Main.  Wilson has written over 100 internationally published, management-training programs. Most recently he was engaged by the BBC to turn their cult TV program The Office into a management training package.  For 20 years Wilson managed film and TV companies in UK, Australia and New Zealand.  Since then he has worked as consultant and on entrepreneurial ventures across the creative industries.

Applications are invited from entrepreneurs, business owners and hands on managers - age is no barrier. The seminar material is targeted towards the creative industries - so think film, television, design from all genres, art, digital mediums, dance, performance and more.

Selection for participation in this mentorship program is limited. Numbers are kept low to ensure a great learning environment and maximium benefit for particpants is delivered.
